"For to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." The Nativity scene goes back to St. Francis of Assisi, who set up the first one at Greccio in 1223 so people could see how humbly God came to us. A plaque like this is a simple way to make your home look Catholic, and it makes a thoughtful gift for a housewarming.
This beautiful depiction of Christ as the Good Shepherd reminds us of the care with which Jesus shepherds us, His people. Carefully crafted, these resin statues are wonderful additions to any home or garden.
