"For to you is born this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." The Nativity scene goes back to St. Francis of Assisi, who set up the first one at Greccio in 1223 so people could see how humbly God came to us. Set it up on the first Sunday of Advent and let the children add the Wise Men on the Epiphany. It will be part of your family's Christmas for many years.
And the angel said to them, "Fear not, for behold I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all people. For unto you is born this day in the city of David, a Savior, who is Christ the Lord." - Luke 2:10-11 Sacred Traditions offers Nativity Sets in a variety of styles, sizes and prices for home display.
