St. Christopher carried the Christ Child across a dangerous river, and he has been the patron of travelers ever since. Many Catholics keep his image in the car or wear his medal on every trip. Sterling silver holds up for a lifetime of wear and polishes back to a bright shine. Have it blessed, and let it remind you to ask for prayers each time you put it on.
Saint Christopher ferried travelers on his back across a river. Once he bore a small Boy and felt he was carrying the weight of the world. It was the Christ Child. We look to Saint Christopher to help keep us safe in our travels.
Each of these detailed sterling silver medals is a great reminder of God's love for us and a beautiful tribute to the patron of travelers.
Prayer to Saint Christopher
Mighty Saint Christopher, you once carried the Child Jesus on your shoulders across a raging stream. Jesus carries us all on His shoulders. Teach us to be true Christ-bearers to those who do not know Him. Please pray with us to God that He will protect all travelers, and petition Jesus to be with us always. Amen. Saint Christopher, pray for us.
