The "little poor man" of Assisi rebuilt the Church by living the Gospel simply. St. Francis is beloved by gardeners and anyone who sees God's hand in creation. A garden statue turns a quiet corner of the yard into a little shrine, a lovely spot to pray the Rosary on a summer evening.
