13/16 x 11/16 inch satin finish and diamond engraved sterling silver St. Christopher medal on 20 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The front of the medal has a stamped image of St. Christopher, who is shown carrying a child on his shoulders, with diamond drag engraved detailing. Around the outside of the figure in a circle are the words "Saint Christopher Protect Us" with star detailing.
