3-1/2 x 2-1/8 inch satin and antiqued finish pewter baby girl pierced cradle cross with pink ribbon. The cross features ornate detailing and has rounded edges with pierced cutouts throughout the design. In the center there is a circle with the words, "Protect This Child" on it. At the bottom of the cross is the figure of a small girl seated in prayer. The back of the cradle cross is blank and it can be hung using the attached pink ribbon. The cross comes attached to a decorative Singer Company cradle medal card.
