13/16 x 9/16 inch oval two-tone polished and satin finish sterling silver miraculous medal on a 20 inch stainless steel rhodium plated chain. The pendant features a gold colored decorative filigree border with a silver satin finish oval in the center depicting the figure of Mary. On the back of the medal in a brushed finish is the letter M, representing Mary, surmounted by a cross representing the sacrifice of Jesus, and surrounded by twelve stars that represent the twelve apostles.
