This sterling silver St. Tarcisius medallion is 1" X 3/4" and is enclosed in an elegant box. It comes with a stainless silver, heavy curb chain. The St. Tarcisius pendant shows him with his hands upraised toward the Holy Eucharist. This St. Tarcisius medal can be engraved with a message on the back. St. Tarcisius was a Christian youth in the 3rd century. He was commissioned to carry the Eucharist to the Christian prisoners awaiting execution. While on the way, he was attacked and killed by pagan youths who wanted to gawk at the Eucharist. He is the patron saint of altar servers.
