This
sterling silver Mother of God medallion is 1 1/8" X 5/8", has a
stainless silver, heavy curb chain and is enclosed in a charming box.  The Mother of God medal is a rectangle with a
circular top.  On the front it shows Mary
holding Jesus.  On the back is a cross
with the inscription ICXC NIKA.  In the
eastern church, this is a popular abbreviation meaning "Jesus Christ
Conquers".
