The St. Sebastian medallion shows the saint tied to a tree and pierced with arrows. An angel is ministering to him. This St. Sebastian medal can be engraved with a message on the back. St. Sebastian was a high-ranking soldier in the Roman army, and a secret Christian. His Christianity was discovered, and he was sentenced to death.
