On the back of cards A, B, C, D, G, and H, there is a Communion Prayer which reads: "My Lord Jesus Christ, I firmly believe that I am about to receive, in Communion, Your Body, Your Blood, Your Soul, and Your Divinity. I love You above all things, and I desire to possess You within my soul. I believe it because You have said it, and I am ready to give my life to maintain this truth."

On the back of cards E and F, there is an Act of Offering which reads: "Dear Jesus, with this Holy Communion, I offer You today my thoughts, my words, and all that I do. May Your Grace help me to be always ready to receive You."
