This sterling silver medal has an intricate floral design on the outer edge, with Mary in the middle. It comes with an 18" stainless chain and is gift boxed. The medal itself measures 2.0cm high by 1.2cm wide.

The miraculous medal devotion owes its origin to Sister Catherine Laboure to whom the blessed Virgin Mary appeared in the year 1830.
