Description

Join the tiniest of creatures gathered in the stable to witness the birth of Jesus and share with your child the understanding that everyone has a special gift to offer the Christ Child. Children ages 4-6 will delight in this book that includes a story, a prayer, and pages of facts and folklore about spiders. A Christmas tale to enchant the child in all of us (but especially meant for children ages 4-6) Spider's Gift tells the story of how everyone has something valuable to offer the baby Jesus, as long as it's offered with love.

Author and zoologist Geraldine Ann Marshall spins this newest addition to the PaulineKids Tales and Legends series that includes a story, a prayer, and pages of facts and folklore about spiders.

Unlike other children's Christmas books, Spider's Gift tells the story of the nativity from the viewpoint of its tiniest participants: the cricket, the honeybee, and the spider. Read it together with your child and start a new family Christmas tradition!

Features & Benefits:

  • Provides children 4-6 with a Christian alternative to Rudolph the Reindeer and Frosty the Snowman
  • Animal-related twist to the Christmas story with a strong Christian message
  • Contains a prayer and a section of facts and folklore about spiders written by an author/zoologist
  • Teaches children how beloved they are and helps them appreciate their intrinsic value
