The St. Tarcisius pendant shows him with his hands upraised toward the Holy Eucharist. This St. Tarcisius medal can be engraved with a message on the back. St. Tarcisius was a Christian youth in the 3rd century. While carrying the Holy Eucharist to Christian prisoners, he was attacked by some pagan playmates who wanted to see what he was carrying. He refused to show him, and they beat him to death in an attempt to see the Eucharist. He is the patron saint of altar servers.
