               St. John Chrysostom was a
reformer.  He told priests to live and
work in their parishes and he stopped entertaining the upper classes at large
gatherings.  He also preached against the
emperor and empress for immorality in their lives.  For this he was exiled several times.  He is the patron saint of orators and
epilepsy.
