               St. Helen was the mother of the
Roman emperor Constantine.  After her
son's coronation, she took a pilgrimage to Jerusalem.  There, she took down a pagan temple and on
the site she found the relics of the true cross of Christ.  She is the patron saint of difficult
marriages.
