We understand that you may need to return a product for a variety of reasons, which is why we try to make this process an easy one.

30 Day Returns Policy: Your purchase may be returned within 30 days of the original receipt to receive your complete money back. To return a product, obtain an RMA number by email or by calling our toll free number. We use this RMA number to track down your order and verify your information.
Delivery Protection: On the rare occasion that a product is damaged during transit, we will replace the product at no charge to you. Just call our toll free number within 3 business days of receiving the damaged product, and we will be happy to help you.
Live Customer Service: Call us at (866) 542-6910 between 10am and 6pm PST everyday except Sunday to reach a live customer service representative who can help you with returning or replacing a product.
