This daily prayer book is intended to inculcate in children the habit of regular prayer. Based on the comprehensive and universal prayer--the Our Father--it seeks to address the prayer needs of the young.
The book has been so arranged that there are morning and night prayers for each day of the month. The prayers for each day are closely related to a theme in the Lord's Prayer. Children can say these prayers, or they could be read to them after they wake up in the morning and before they go to bed.
Above all, the prayers place before children, on a daily basis, the aspirations and values worthy of Christians.
It is hoped that the daily use of these prayers will help children live a life of prayer.
